The Service Clubs of Georgetown Halton Hills did it again and, through their combined efforts, raised $ 45,000.00 for Georgetown Charities.

Special Olympics Halton Hills
Special Olympics Halton Hills is a thriving community with dozens of athletes ranging from 8 to 56 years old. It is a 100% volunteer-run organization that originated in 2014, with the introduction of The Waves Swimming Club. Since then, they have added seven more sports, including Soccer, Curling, Basketball, Floor Hockey, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Track and Field and most recently, Pickleball.
Participation in sports has a tremendous positive impact on those with intellectual disabilities.

The Kiwanis Club of Georgetown
recently donated $10,000.00 to the Georgetown Hospital. (the Georgetown Campus of Halton Healthcare. The Kiwanis Club of Georgetown is delighted to have completed their commitment of $70,000.00.
Over the years the Kiwanis Club of Georgetown has made many monetary commitments to the Georgetown Hospital and takes pride in supporting such an important institution in our Halton Hills Community. We Thank all the hard working personnel at our Georgetown Hospital for the competent care they provide us especially during this challenging Covid 19 pandemic.
